If so, then this is the tribe for you!

This is a debate tribe. As such, it is natural that discussions will get rather heated. And I am not one to play babysitter, either, so that means you can more or less say what's on your mind without me looking over everyone's shoulders to keep people well behaved. I trust that people generally will behave as adults and respect certain lines that should not be crossed. But, there are always a few bad apples that want to spoil things for the rest of us so I am setting a few ground rules.

And here they are:

1) No threats. None whatsoever. First violation will be your last. You will be banned from the tribe and--if you persist in re-joining just to piss me off (this means YOU Seth) I will report you to TOU Guy for further action.

2) No harrassment or ganging up on of other members. I don't care if you're liberal, conservative or whatever, no member should be made to feel unwelcome simply because his or her views don't gel with everyone else's. I know I said I trust everyone to behave, but when members feel compelled to leave that's when I feel a need to take action. Think how you'd react if this were your tribe and people left because they got harrassed or ganged up on by the other members. Now you realize my position. Say what you want here, but please use this privilege responsibly! Thank you.
